Greater Port Washington Chinese American Association held the first neighborhood party on Sep 9th 2024. More than 40 families attended the event.
Every family brought a family signature dish sharing with neighbors . Wow, we found many master chefs !
Book exchange corner was set up to let families give out books, especially Chinese books, they do not need anymore but might be useful for other children and families. At the end of the event, the majority books were taken, and the rest were donated to Port Washington Public Library
