On the afternoon of February 1st, 2025, Nassau County Office of Asian American Affairs hosted the second Nassau County Chinese New Year Celebration at Tiles Center. The Greater Port Washington Chinese American Association (GPWCAA) participated the celebration and brought Chinese Calligraphy, paper cutting and raffle drawing to audiences.
Thanks to the Deputy Director of OAAA Mr. Meng Li and Ms. Jing . The celebration event attracted many Nassau residences and had great success.
On Feb 2nd, 2025, North Hempstead Town also hosted the 2025 Chinese New Celebration at Yes We Can Community Center.
GPWCAA again participated the event and brough traditional Chinese Calligraphy to audiences.
