春节是全球华人最重要的传统节日，春节庆祝也是全球华人最期待、最隆重的一个社会活动。
我们很荣幸的宣布，GPWCAA 将举办成立以来的第一次所有华盛顿港华人自己的春节庆祝活动。
华港的春节庆祝将以自己组织、自己编排、自己演出的方式进行，目标是整场演出80%的演出人员都是华港当地的居民，特别是华港当地的华裔居民。
这次庆祝活动非常荣幸得邀请到了RuDangceny 的负责人，知名舞蹈艺术家茹宝先生担任艺术总监，同时也荣幸得邀请到了知名节目主持人朱秦先生担任特邀主持。
活动定于2025年1月26日，下午2:30 分在Port Washington Jeanne Rimsky Theatre 举行，地址是 232 Mainstreet Port Washington, NY 11050. (Town of North Hempstead, Nasau County)

We are excited to announce that the GPWCAA will host its inaugural Spring Festival celebration for all Chinese residents in Port Washington!
This event marks a significant occasion as we come together to honor the most important traditional festival for Chinese communities around the world.
The Spring Festival celebration in Port Washington will be organized, choreographed and performed by PW local residents. The goal of the event is that 80% of the performers in the whole performance are local residents of Port Washington.

The Spring Festival celebration will feature performances organized, choreographed, and presented by local residents, with a goal of having 80% of performers from our very own Port Washington community.
We are thrilled to have the esteemed dance artist Mr. Ru Bao as our director and the well-known host Mr. Zhu Qin as our special host for the occasion.
Join us for an afternoon of cultural richness and community spirit! Bring your family, invite your friends and neighbors, and enjoy a magnificent celebration filled with elegant performances.
The event is free to enter, and we’ll also have a raffle with exciting prizes!
